Before you arrive at your Disney Resort, Disney provides complimentary Bus Service from Orlando International Airport for all the guests in your party to your reserved resort. A concierge luggage service is provided for all your checked pieces (previously tagged with Disney provided yellow tags) and your luggage will magically go from your home airport and end up in your guest room (~4 hours after your plane lands). This service must be arranged at least 3-4 weeks prior to travel for you to receive required travel documents.

Bus service is available 45 minutes before the Park opens and 2 hours after the Park closes. Bus service to Disney’s water parks begins 30 minutes before the Park opens and 1 hour after the Park closes. Downtown Disney Market place bus service is available from 8:00a until midnight. Buses depart for each location approximately every 20 minutes.
