My love of Disney is goes far beyond any words that I can put together.  I don’t remember life without the joys, laughter and memories that Disney has filled my heart with.  As a child, I experienced first hand the “Magic of Disney” and at that moment I felt the Pixie Dust!  After that, I dreamed of spreading that Pixie Dust to others, so when I became a Walt Disney World Cast Member I knew that “Dreams Come True”.  Now as a mother of 3, my goal was to fill their childhood with Fairies, Princesses, Pirates and of course a very special Mouse, but I decided to take that one step further.  I want to spread my love of Disney to families all over the world.  I now own Pixie Mouse Travel.

I realize that a Disney vacation is a dream for so many and I work hard to customize each trip to fit each family’s needs.

Each time I walk through the Magic Kingdom I feel like I have gone home.  I have always loved Disney and worked as a Cast Member right out of high school at the Disney Store and then joined the Walt Disney World College Program as a Merchandise Hostess at the Emporium on Main Street USA and my last role as a Merchandise Manager at Downtown Disney.  My favorite moments are discussing Disney Destinations and little known facts about the parks.  Also, I can pretty much guide anyone to any restaurant and resting place due to my time as a Super Greeter in the Magic Kingdom.  I enjoy making magical moments for family and friends and hope to extend that to all of our Guests with Pixie Mouse Travels.  Looking forward to planning your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Disney has been a part of my life since I first felt the magic of visiting Disney World when I was 3. Now my husband and son enjoy our visits “home” to experience the magic together. Every time we go there is something new and magical that we encounter. One of our favorite things to do is have a “mountain day” where we ride Splash Mountain, Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain at the Magic Kingdom.. I have planned countless trips for my family and me and over the years I have helped friends and family plan theirs. So, naturally the transition to planning magical getaways for others was a great fit and opportunity. Hi there! I’m Liz.

I have travelled all over the world. My dad is from England, so from a young age travelling to different places has been a passion of my family. Going to Disney, however, was magical EVERY TIME. The rush of going down Splash Mountain, the smell of turkey legs, and the soft hug of Mickey Mouse made me fall in love with Disney World every visit. As I grew up, I realized that I was also falling in love with the company itself. I worked on my hospitality degree choosing the Walt Disney Company for every assignment possible.

Completing my Disney College Program gave me all the information I would ever need to continue my love affair with the Mouse (and to help you with your vacation!) I stayed in Villas, Value, Moderate and Deluxe resorts during my time there and visited almost every single restaurant on property! To say that I am passionate about Disney travel would be a complete understatement! My parents took me on my first all-Disney vacation when I was sixteen years old. The trip had such an impact on me, and I was definitely not ready to head back to the “real world” when it was over! (Have you ever seen a teenager crying because they don’t want to go home? Because that was me!) I was SO touched by all the cast members who would go out of their way to make our trip more enjoyable and more magical! I was determined to be able to provide this quality customer service at the first chance I had! When I was 18, I was blessed with the chance to learn the “ins and outs” of Disney magic from the Mouse himself! As a child, one of my dreams was to go to Disney and see Cinderella’s Castle. It wasn’t until I was married with a child of my own, that I was finally able to travel to Disney World, but that was all it took! Disney, for me, is the most magical experience for a child, adult, parent, or family to have. Stepping under the railroad station and onto Main Street USA, glancing towards the castle, I am filled with such an indescribable feeling that I can only attribute to the magic of Disney and knowing that I am “home.”

Since then, I have planned 7 trips for our family of 4, and many more trips for friends ranging from quick stays to first time extravaganzas! In 2022, my fandom took a new meaning when my best friend and I began our YouTube channel, DisDrew, where we make videos all about Disney Parks tips, theories, and discussions! Hi, I’m Jennifer, a life-long Disney fan, Premier Annual Passholder, and former Disney Cast Member!

Since 1992, my family vacationed at Walt Disney World. I love reading all the planning guides and learning about the newest rides and attractions. Even at a young age, I knew that I wanted to work for Disney. I began my almost 6-year Disney career in 2009 as a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground as a hospitality cast member. There was nothing more fulfilling than making the magic happen and knowing that families were creating the most magical memories – memories that would last a lifetime. With my time at Disney, I had the opportunity to work at multiple Disney resorts, spent some time as a character performer (let’s have you guess who!), and ended my career as a recruiter for the Disney College Program. Throughout my time as a Disney cast member, I experienced almost everything that Walt Disney World and Disneyland have to offer and am passionate about sharing the magic with you!

Hi, I’m Katy!

Hello! Nice to meet you! I am Katy,  a Disney-loving kid at heart!

I suppose you could say my love for Disney started before birth, with a hand painted ceramic Dumbo lamp my mom made for my nursery. (Yes, I still have it!) And that Disney love has spiraled down an amazing rabbit hole! As a young child, Cinderella was played on repeat for years! My 1st Disney Vacation, at age 9, was to Disneyland. I remember watching the fireworks, eating at Goofy’s Kitchen and of course, meeting my favorite princess, Cinderella. Years later, the summer after my 1st year of college, I can remember sitting on the floor of my bedroom, too nervous and naive to worry about saying the right things, I just laid out my love for Disney during a phone interview for the Disney College Program. And guess what, I was accepted! That fall I headed to Walt Disney World for the 1st time as a cast member! I got to work at one of the most fun places to visit in WDW, Beaches and Cream Soda Shop. I met incredible people, experienced amazing things and not only did my love for Disney expand, but so did my knowledge of the company and the parks. I reluctantly returned home to finish my degree, but kept my ties with Disney by becoming a campus representative for the Disney College Program. Fast forward a few more years and here I am, a Pixie! I feel beyond lucky to be a part of this team and to be able to plan unforgettable Disney Vacations. I understand first hand how special a Disney Vacation is and can be. I also know how stressful and time-consuming planning it can be and that is where I can help! I can assist you in as little or as much as you want. Growing up I only had the chance to visit Disney World once with my grandparents, back when there was only two parks, but I loved it and dreamed of going back as soon as I could. Fast forward through 11 years as a Cast Member for Disney and being the lead planner for many family trips, girls weekends and a multi-generational Disney cruise. I currently reside in Arkansas with my own tiny Prince Charming, Reese, who is 5. We’ve watched snow fall on Main Street, dressed as Tiger Lilly and Mr. Smee at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, and swam in the crystal blue waters at Castaway Cay. I’ve lost count on how many times I have taken a Disney trip, but what I can tell you is that Disney truly has a vacation for everyone. Hey everybody, I’m Pixie Ashley!

I have always loved everything Disney but only had the chance to visit once as a child. In college, my love for Disney sparked again once I joined the Disney Store as a cast member. My husband worked at the same store, and I love that he shares the same obsession for Disney that I do!
 
My first trip back as an adult was in 2012 with my family. I couldn’t believe how much it had changed and how overwhelming it could be. From then on, I promised myself to do Disney the right way – by being as prepared as possible. It’s not about having every little detailed planned (unless that’s what you want!) It’s about being in the know, which is where us Pixies come in!
 
Since that first trip back in 2012 I have planned multiple Disney trips for family and friends, and realized I was having so much fun helping make the planning process stress-free so they can have the most enjoyable time possible! In November 2018, we took our 2.5 year old son for his first trip, and I realized how different Disney World is with little ones. But yes, Disney World is possible with an infant or toddler and I want to help other families experience the same magic my son did for his first trip!

Hey everybody, I’m Pixie Lauren!

Hi there! I’m Lauren Potts, a real life Mrs. Potts and Pixie Planner from Atlanta, GA!  When I’m not chasing my 2 toddler boys around or spending time with my husband, you may find me at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, casting spells in Diagon Alley, or running the Princess Half Marathon at Walt Disney World!
I’ve been traveling to the parks since I was a little kid.  In fact, one of my first memories of Cinderella’s castle was when it was decorated like a giant birthday cake for it’s 25th anniversary in 1996!  And some of my favorite memories since then have taken place in the parks, like the time I met Ellen Degeneres while riding Jurassic Park River Adventure in Islands of Adventure at Universal (true story…I was even on tv!) or running down Mainstreet USA during my first half marathon! I have lots of memories outside of the theme parks too, like sailing through Alaska onboard the Disney Cruise Line or my husband and I’s first anniversary, where we enjoyed a sunset dinner overlooking Ko Olina Beach at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii.  Disney and Universal hold such a special place in my heart, and I’m so grateful for all the memories I’ve made and the family and friends I share them with!  It is truly a dream come true to be able to help others make these memories, too!
